What says summer more than watermelon ? A watermelon vodka fruit punch ofcourse !
For my third and last installment of Cîroc cocktails, I’ve decided to tackle this amazing fruit punch recipe. This is by far my favorite of the cocktails I’ve made with Cîroc, it’s just so much fun and you can add however many kind of berries you want.. don’t be afraid to experiment ! Just make sure to muddle your fruit very well, otherwise it won’t pass through your shaker. You could also add a few leaves of parsley instead of mint.
Now to add a little more background info about Cîroc. First off, it’s one of the very few vodkas in the world made from grapes, versus the traditional way of using corn, rye, wheat or potatoes.
More specifically, they use “snap frost” grapes. These include the Mauzac blanc from the Gaillac region and Ugni blanc from the Cognac region of France. The juice extracted from these grapes is fermented and 5 times distilled. It’s also safe to say the gluten intolerant vodka lover will surely enjoy all these cocktails !

How do you make it?
1. Muddle your watermelon, a handfull of other berries (I used Blueberries, blackberries and strawberries) and a bit of mint in your shaker.
2. Add 5cl of Cîroc Vodka, 2cl of lime juice and 2cl of agave nectar with ice and shake well.
3. Double strain into a Collins glas and top with sparkling pink lemonade (I used Breckland Orchard’s Sloe Lemonade Posh Pop, it goes perfectly with the blue- and blackberries I used).
4. You can garnish your drink with a half sugar rim (just put a little lime juice on the rim of your glass and roll into the sugar), assorted fruits, a lime twist and a mint leaf.
